These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Simply Spotless Cleaners LLC website and the cleaning services we provide. By booking our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Simply Spotless Cleaners LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Cincinnati, OH and Northern Kentucky. Services are provided as described on our website and agreed upon at the time of booking, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and short-term rental turnover cleaning.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- Bookings may be made online, by phone, or by text at (513) 650-5762.
- We will confirm your appointment within 2 business hours of your request.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide advance notice when possible.
- We offer same-week availability subject to cleaner availability at the time of booking.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is based on home size, service type, frequency, and any add-on services selected during the quote process.
- Quoted prices are estimates. Final prices may vary based on the actual condition of the home at the time of service.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements are made in advance.
- We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit cards.
- Promotional codes (e.g., SPOTLESS15) are valid for new clients only and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- There is no contract. You may cancel or reschedule at any time.
- We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to $50, which covers our team's lost wages and travel time.
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking if a home is found to be unsafe, has pest infestations, or contains biohazardous materials beyond the scope of our services.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your clean, contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific areas cleaned, not to pre-existing conditions or damage.
6. Access to Your Home
- You must provide safe access to your home for our team on the scheduled date and time.
- You may provide a key, door code, or be present at the time of service.
- If our team cannot access your home at the scheduled time and we receive no prior notice, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.
7. Our Responsibility
- Simply Spotless Cleaners is fully insured and bonded. All cleaners are background-checked.
- We take reasonable care with your property. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or broken during a clean, please notify us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items not disclosed at the time of booking, or damage caused by improper storage of client property.
- Our maximum liability for any single incident is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Please secure pets in a safe area during the cleaning appointment.
- Remove or store fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items before our team arrives.
- Disclose any areas, surfaces, or items that require special care or should not be cleaned.
- Ensure our team is not exposed to hostile or unsafe conditions.
9. Eco-Friendly Products
We use EPA-approved, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children and pets. If you have allergies or preferences regarding specific products, please let us know when booking so we can accommodate your needs.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Simply Spotless Cleaners LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Spotless Cleaners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
